Empowered Partners in Recovery Course

A first of its kind research based course specifically designed to validate, educate, empower, and help spouses and partners of alcoholics and addicts recover. The treatment industry focuses billions of dollars on the recovery of addicts and alcoholics every year, but families are left with few resources. Independently Strong's Spouse & Partner Recovery Course addresses a litany of issues and answers some of the most common questions spouses and partners have: How can I help them? What is the difference between supporting someone and enabling them? What is the difference between controlling them and holding them accountable? How do I get what I need in this relationship? When can we discuss MY needs for healing? How do I take care of myself? What can I do about the anxiety surrounding their sobriety?

These are just a few of the questions we address in this comprehensive course. With hours of video from people that have been there before, as well as professionals in the field we have prepared a meaningful path for recovery for you. Included in the course are exercises, worksheets, guides, and reflections so that you can apply what you learn to your own life and accelerate your path to recovery today.
