It's time to care for you.

Reclaiming You is a first of its kind, research supported program created for the people who are so often overlooked, the spouses and partners of those struggling with addiction. While billions of dollars are poured into treatment for the person using, the ones standing beside them are usually left to figure it out on their own. This program changes that.

The program is designed to help you reconnect with yourself, understand what is actually happening in your relationship, and make steady, values based choices. Inside, we explore the questions so many partners carry alone:

  • How do I support someone I love without losing myself in the process?
  • What is the real line between helping and enabling?
  • How do I hold boundaries without feeling controlling or cruel?
  • Where do my needs fit in?
  • How do I calm the anxiety that comes with their sobriety or their relapse?
  • How do I take care of myself when everything feels chaotic?

These are just a few of the topics we walk through with honesty and compassion.

Through hours of video lessons, lived experience guidance, and professional insight, this program gives you a steady, grounded path back to yourself. You will find practical worksheets, reflections, and exercises woven throughout, tools you can immediately apply to your life as you rebuild trust in your voice, your clarity, and your confidence again.
